PET Exam Announcement for Feb’22

Following the protocols issued by various State Governments and the Central government of India in relation to the 3rd wave of COVID 19 during Dec’21 and Jan’22, the PET examination of Indian CPA has been postponed in the interest of the health and safety of our students.

As the Covid 19 Pandemic is coming to an end, FICPA Professionals Council’s Controller of Examinations has decided to conduct Indian CPA PET (Professional Eligibility Test) in Feb’22 on 13th of Feb,2022 at 10:00 A.M to 01:00 P.M IST.

Students will be receiving their hall tickets through their respective registered email. The same can be downloaded from “Student Dashboard” in https://portal.indiancpa.org before three days of the examination.

“Mode of Examination shall be online”. Students are allowed to carry Calculators, white papers etc for calculation purposes.

Students appearing for examination should strictly adhere to protocols issued from time to time by respective state governments. Few of the common protocols are as follows:

  • Candidates should maintain social distancing while commuting to and from the examination centre and from the time of entry at examination centre till the exit from the examination
    centre.
  • Candidates should carry soap/hand-sanitiser of up to 50 ml in transparent bottle, face mask, gloves and water in transparent bottle for personal use
  • Candidate should not share personal items like mask, gloves, water bottle etc.
  • It is mandatory to wear a face mask properly at all times.
  • Spitting is strictly prohibited.
  • It is mandatory to undergo thermal scanning before entering examination centre.
  • Candidates with high temperature or other symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted to enter the examination centre and take examination.
  • Candidate should wash hands/ use hand sanitizer before entering examination hall.
  • Candidate should maintain social distancing and stay more than 6 feet away from other people at all times in the examination centre.
  • Candidates under the following category will not be permitted to enter the examination centre:
    • Diagnosed with and/or undergoing treatment for COVID-19.
    • Have been in close proximity and/or personal contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19
    • Aarogya Setu App status other than Low Risk/ Safe.
    • Having flu-like symptoms in the last fourteen days, including fever, chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell/taste or any other symptom related to COVID-19.
    • Have not been under fourteen day’s home/institutional quarantine or centralized
      observations demanded by government and healthcare authorities on the examination day.
    • Staying in containment zone.
    • Candidates should avoid speaking face to face as far as possible, if any candidate does so it
      will be at his/her own risk.
  • Candidate should avoid using lifts and avoid touching or leaning to handrails, walls etc.

Students failing to follow the above protocols shall not be allowed to appear in the examination under any circumstances.
